1. What are your candles made of? Our candles are made of a blend of natural coconut soy wax and feature wooden wicks, which provide a clean and eco-friendly burn. We use only safe fragrances that are free of harmful toxins, ensuring that our candles are not only good for you, but also for the environment.

2. How long does each candle burn? Our candles have a burn time of approximately 30-50 hours, depending on factors such as the size of the candle and the environment in which it is burned. We recommend burning your candle for no longer than 4 hours at a time and trimming the wick before each use for optimal performance.

3. Can I reuse the candle jar? Absolutely! We encourage our customers to reuse or recycle the candle jars once the candle has burned down. They make great containers for plants, makeup brushes, and other small items. Alternatively, you can send them back to us for recycling.

4. How long does shipping take? We typically ship orders within 1-3 business days, and shipping time depends on the destination. Orders usually take 2-5 business days to arrive. Please note that shipping times may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances or holidays.

5. What is your return policy? We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so if you are not happy with your candle for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. Please note that we cannot accept returns on burned candles or items that have been damaged after delivery.
